It is applicable under low head conditions from 1.5 meters to 12 meters with large flow. This new type of machine has solved the problem that ordinary axial flow generator has long main shaft and the bearings at the impeller must be immersed into water and thus cause easy damage; the open channel of the volute chamber can not utilize the water head pressure; work amount is large, installation period is long and cost is high; fabrication of the volute chamber and the tail pipe is hard to reach requirements of standards etc. Volute axial flow machine is a consummate type and its efficiency and endurance are several times higher than that of ordinary axial machines. Note: 1. In case conditions of water source are limited, low rotation speed, such as 750 rpm and 500 rpm, are to be selected and thus cost will be increased. 2. Special requirements: for 60HZ frequency and 110V voltage machines, custom manufacture is needed. 3. For batch finalization of 10 KW machines, they can be designed and produced according to conditions of water sources of customers (water head and flow). |
